Tourist attractions all over the world

In our school students study Tourism, that’s why it is essential that they apply their knowledge in English lessons as well.

My students are in the tenth grade, and they have a good command of English. They have English five times a week.

In this term their assigment was to choose a tourist attraction in the world and to talk about it in English in class. They collected information about different sights of different countries such as: The Eiffel Tower, The Machu Picchu, The London Eye, The Great Wall of China, Disneyland etc. At the end of the presentations some students made a Kahoot quiz or asked some questions about what we had learned.

Their presentations were both useful and entertaining. Some students were shy some were confident but this task was enjoyed by all.
